I offer coaching based support for neurodivergent people working in a church setting. This is personalised to your own needs and can include an assessment of your neurodivergent characteristics to prepare a report for an assessment, supporting you through the assessment process and preparing to talk to your mentors and employers about neuro divergence.

I can also offer informal coaching for those already diagnosed. This is a process of working out your strengths and challenges and supporting what goals and achievements you would like to work through, using your neurodivergence lens.

I have been an Autism, ADHD and PDA specialist for over 20 years and have coached not only children and young people but also adults in the workplace including teachers and clergy.  I have an ADHD diagnosis myself and write and deliver training nationally.
